Gayle Brown Treasurer
|
Gayle has spent her career working in various accounting roles in manufacturing. She is currently a controller for Essity. She has been a Certified Management Accountant since 2009, earned her Masters Degree in Business Administration from UW Oshkosh, and her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Lakeland College.
Gayle has been a member of the IMA since 2001. She has been the Winnebagoland Chapter treasurer since 2009.

Patti Denton Liason with Lakeland Immediate Past President |
After 20 years of work experience, Patti became a nontraditional student, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and earned an MBA with an Accounting Concentration before continuing on to became a CPA and earn the CNAP (Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional).
Patti’s career includes many years in the Not-for-Profit industry, along with working in manufacturing and a publicly-traded company. Most recently she is an Adjunct Accounting Instructor for Lakeland University and works full-time for National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP). Patti’s focus is about going beyond number crunching to build knowledge!

Jill Halverson Director - CMA Director - Professional Education
|
Jill is an associate professor of business for the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, Fox Cities Campus. She teaches a variety of accounting, business, and business communication classes. In addition, she teaches for a number of programs, including UW College Courses Online and the Independent Learning program, both offered through UW Extended Campus, as well as the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration flexible degree program offered through UW Parkside. She spent nearly 20 years in "Corporate America” before finding a passion in teaching.
Professor Halverson joined the IMA in 2012 and is a Certified Management Accountant. She also holds the Certificate in Strategy and Competitive Analysis and holds a certificate in the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting through the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board. She holds an MBA from UW Oshkosh and a graduate certificate in corporate communications through Concordia University Wisconsin. |

Emily Nettesheim Director - Newsletter Director - Program Book Meetings Committee |
Emily Nettesheim, Financial Recruiter with Baker Tilly Search & Staffing, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, joined the firm in 2015. With a focus on accounting and finance professions, she helps clients find and evaluate talent to fit the long-term needs of their organization across all industries.
Emily has been a member of the IMA since 2015.

Martha Paalman Director - Meetings Webmaster Regional Council Secretary

Martha is a plant finance manager for Amcor Flexibles North America's Oshkosh North plant. She has been with Amcor (formerly Bemis) for almost 15 years in various corporate and plant level finance positions.
Martha has been a member of the IMA since 2004. She has been the meetings director (and held various other positions) since 2005. She has been on the regional council board since 2016.

Chapter Officers:
President:
Position Type: Chapter Officer and member of Chapter Administration.
Responsibilities include: being IMA Global’s single point of contact for the chapter and communicating news as needed. Preparing agendas for and running chapter and board meetings.
Secretary:
Position Type: Chapter Officer and member of Chapter Administration.
Responsibilities include: recording and distributing minutes of all board meetings.
VP Administration:
Position Type: Chapter Officer and member of Chapter Administration.
Responsibilities include: preparing to be Chapter President in the following program year. Backup for the current president. Reporting CPE from chapter events on the Global portal.
Treasurer:
Position Type: Chapter Officer and member of Chapter Administration.
Responsibilities include: preparing the annual chapter budget, monthly reporting of the chapter’s financial position, payment of all chapter bills, primary signer on the chapter’s bank accounts
Director of Meetings:
